End of week Smoothie
Just thought I would write a little update about the smoothie making. Tonight I made this little bad boy and its the best one so far.
I think its because the fruit was frozen so it made the flavours come through a little more.
Once again I should point out that I am lactose intolerant so I use Almond milk. Apparently this makes it healthier for you ;)
The recipe for it is as follows:
15 Blueberries (frozen)
15 Raspberries (frozen)
(If not frozen fruit then throw in some ice)
half a cup of Almond milk (milk works too)
Blend and boom, you should have the below ( a nice fruity zingy smoothie) :)
