LIFESTYLE - Feb Favourites
I hope that everyone is ok... So I finally got organised last night and transferred everything over from my beloved Iphone 6 to Iphone 7 .
I now am the proud owner of a Rose Gold little number.... I never realized how many apps I have tried out over the past two years and how many games I have bought.
I'm gonna have to try and complete those bad boys too ahaha.
I wish I was a full timer Gamer ..... Like that's my ultimate dream at the moment (aside from also having a career in History). Maybe I can combine the two....
It seems a good little phone, although not have a Jack on the bottom of the phone was odd for a little bit. Think that I am over it now.
ALSO - I published a video to the Main channel, it is along the lines of a post I recently did about my current gaming collection.
You can check it out below:
Anyway on to the main bulk of the post.
Its time for My February Lifestyle Favourites.
I'll start with my Favourite TV series.
I have really gotten into the BBC Series Sherlock, which is odd as I really didn't think that I would like it.
I didn't like the idea of taking such a classic as Sherlock Holmes and bringing into the modern times. However it just seems to work.... (I did however LOVE the new years special the Abominable Bride that they partly set in the Victorian times) .
I'll admit the idea of hour and half long episodes seems like a commitment and a lot of concentration. But at three episodes a series, it kinda balances out.
I'm glad I gave it a go as mystery films and TV shows are a personal favourite, I like to be kept engaged and guessing the next move.
I include a little clip below :
Moving on to my Favourite Film.
I fell in love with Bridget Jones all over again when I watched the latest film in the saga - Bridget Jones' Baby.
Ten years or so on from the second (The Edge of Reason) and Bridget's Happy life seems to have fallen apart. He's split up from her dream man and turning 43 without become a wife and mother (her dream).
But after she goes to a festival and a friend's Christening it all changes....
I loved the film, but I must admit, I cringed alot and there were points that I found myself missing Hugh Grant but its a lovely feel good film. I don't mean this in a horrible way... but I really hope that it is the last. It ended well and it's time to let her rest now.
There is also a cheeky Ed Sheeran cameo to enjoy!
I include the trailer below
My Favourite music is linked to the above.
I am obsessed with the theme for this movie.... Still falling for you.
I have a cheeky love of Ellie Goulding, I find her voice very smooth to listen to.
But this song is lodged in my head at the moment.
So thats it for now,
Beauty and Gaming Favourites will follow later in the month
Thanks for reading!
