LIFESTYLE: Doctor Foster Review
So I thought that I would do a little review of one of the TV Shows that I have been loving Doctor Foster.
I thought that I would write the review now as its comes back this week with series two.
The show is made by the BBC, and the entire first series is available on BBC Iplayer (and also Netflix I hear).
I binged watched it again over the weekend so its all fresh in my mind.
So the idea is simple.
Trailer below :
The story focuses around the main character , Dr Gemma Foster, she has a seemlingly perfect life... Husband, kid, Job and lots of friends.
But her life falls apart when she find a blonde hair on her husbands scarf. She convinces herself that its nothing, but she becomes curious and does a little digging.
She finds out, that yes, he's having an affair and all their friends know about it.
She decides to sit on the information and the story plays out.... until THAT dinner scene.
The series is crazy and beautifully written.
So much so that I don't really understand how there can be a second series. Its gripping and I found myself shouting at the telly... its a must watch.
I'm trying to sit on some of the plot as not to spoil it.
But Dr Foster also has to deal with helping her patients in their personal lives, the death of her mother in law and the state of her money situation.
I can't wait for it to start - by the time this goes up the first episode will be out.
Series two trailer is below :
Lets see what else is going to happen - hell hath no fury like a woman scorned.
