FOOD : Some of my Favourite Vegan Dishes to make!
So I thought that it was about time that I shared some dishes that I have been loving since I made the switch to being vegan.
I originally decided to try it just for January as part of Veganary but decided to continue as I found it rather rewarding both physically and mentally.
I thought that I would share the pictures below and if there are any particular recipes that you want to know, leave me a message below and I'll type them up :)
These have featured on my Instagram so they might look slightly familiar.
I have used vegan subs throughout making the below.
Homemade Veggie and Potato Pizza:
Porridge with Strawberry, Honey and Chia Seeds
Stirfry with a load of Water Chestnuts....
A 'fry up' with Homemade Hash browns, Vegan Sausages, Chopped tomatoes and Fried Bread.
Overnight oats with Chia Seeds, Cacao Powder, Blueberries, Raspberries and Honey
Vegetable Ramen - Feat Sweetcorn, chilli, cabbage, Bell pepper and noodles
A favourite find - Alpro's Chocolate Milk
Porridge with Banana, Chia Seeds and honey.
Chilli con carne with Quorn, White steamed Rice and Lightly salted Tortillas
Spaghetti Bolognese with Quorn!
