Jungle Book Review & Blog changes

Hello everybody!

I hope you are having a good weekend. I have spent today packing the last of stuff ready for next weekend's move.

I have however found the time to record a new vlog for the new Gaming channel ( it is currently uploading and I shall put it on here later).

Talking of the Channels - I have added two tabs above. One for each channel, so that they are linked and you can see our current game list (if you enjoy the gaming videos).

Feel free to request what you would like to see on either channel :). I like to film what you all like to see.

Like wise with this blog!

So on to the main subject of the post.... on Wednesday, Luke and I went to see the New live action reboot of Jungle Book.

I'm not sure that I can put into words how emotional this film made me. But in a good way.

I have a strong connection to Disney films. Being born in the 90s, I rewatched the cartoon films over and over again.

These were the days before the animated films and 3d films.

When I watched the film, from the second I heard the Disney theme and saw the castle, I had tears in my eyes.

I know that makes me sound strange, but its the only type of films that would make me feel this way. I felt like a small child again.

The film was great and when Baloo started singing The Bare Necessities, I was so happy as I wasn't sure if the songs would be in the film.

I was singing it for a couple of days at work after - I have linked it below if you want to sing along haha

I cheered, I cried and I laughed through the film.

The casting is bang on. Although hearing a London accent coming out a tiger was a new experience.

I think it has fast become one of my favourites of all time.

The only thing is , if you have a fear of snakes like me, you will HATE Kaa with a passion. It made me shake a little during the time that is was on screen.

I would 100 percent recommend going to  see it. Take your mum, dad, cat, partner, brother, sister or friend!

Its rare that I fall instantly in love with a film.

But boy does it feel good.

Let me know if you have seen the film!

I know exactly how you feel - being a 90's kid I was a bit worried that these live action films would be a little disappointing but oh my goodness was The Jungle Book amazing! I actually cried, laughed and jumped out of my seat a few times too. I was totally singing along to the bare necessities song and you can tell Neel Sethi is definitely going somewhere in his acting career! xx

I completely agree.

I haven't been able to recommend this film enough to people that ask about it haha
