TRAVEL & LIFESTYLE : London and some updates!

Hello Everyone!

So yeah another travel post.

This time we travelled to London.

We went on Sunday and it just so happened to be the day after the trooping of the colour so London was all buzzing for the Queen's birthday.

I thought the patriotic dress was needed.

But we actually went for a completely different birthday. Our trip to London was a treat for my Mum, we took her on a red bus tour.

She had never done one and also, London is a special place for us.

I thought that I had taken loads of pictures, but actually I hadn't.

I did however, make a little video that you can check out below:

All in all, it was an amazing day, the weather was rather hot though, as as you can tell, I burnt my nose :(!

I would highly recommend a jump off and on bus tour as you see so much and you don't have to worry about driving around.

With the company we used, we also got a free thames tour thrown in as well!

So on to the rest of the post, there are a few things that I wanted to quickly mention.

a )I'm rocking a lovely injury from London.

So throughout the day, the tights that I wore broke and started attacking my leg. I kinda brushed it off until the end of the day.

When I got home I looked down at my leg and it was covered in blood and bruises!

So I've had to take it was the past couple of days as it hurts to walk and also I can feel pain rushing around the area too! Its now all raw and scabby.

Therefore, I haven't really filmed much and I've held back the previous week's vlog so I can space them out a bit.

b) I've started learning a language (well actually two)

So Luke and I have discussed the possibility about learning Japanese as we think its a language that we will use in future life.

We watch alot of anime and we hope that one day, we can turn the subtitles off. Japan is also our dream destination.

I have also taken steps to brush up on my German...I regret that I never refined to a high enough level and I thought that it was time to change that.

c)  I put myself out there again at work

I had another interview at work today. It took everything I had to put my hat back into the ring. I have a much better feeling than I did the last time.

But, I'll let you know how that one goes. I have spent the last couple of days trying to relax and also trying to calm my nerves in the work place during the day.

Therefore I've stepped away from the laptop and just watched films and what not.

I've also been practising answers and possible questions at home.

So hopefully, now all the travelling and the interview is over, I will have alot more time to write and film.

Thanks for sticking in there with me and I'll be back soon with another post!
